To preserve the budget hostel’s atmosphere, we do not accept children below the ages of 12 in shared dorms. Travellers with children below this age are advised to book into private rooms or the entire dorm.Priority will be given to guests with a foreign passport here on a tourist visa. Local and Permanent Residents who wish to stay will need to contact us at any of the email addresses provided prior to making a reservation. Guests who do not observe the terms and conditions will be turned away without refunds.Please note that our reception closes between 11pm – 7am at Rucksack Inn @ Lavender. If you are arriving at Rucksack Inn @ Lavender after 11pm, please make sure to indicate this in your reservation. You should receive an email from us on guidelines to enter the hotel for entry after 11pm. If you do not receive an email from us, please drop us an email at lavender@rucksackinn.com.
